Jones & Wagener UK > Geotechnical Site Investigations Services

The risk of unknown ground conditions causing time delays and cost implications is often a harsh reality for most construction projects. However, targeted, site-specific ground investigations can often identify geotechnical risks early, which may save time and money. Investigations like these cover a variety of factors – from geotechnical, geological, and hydrological conditions to environmental aspects, such as the potential for site contamination.

A geotechnical site investigation is typically split into three stages:

  • Initial Site Appraisal
  • Phase 1 Desk Study & Site Walkover
  • Ground / Site Investigation

Our services are designed to enable one or all of these stages to be carried out with the necessary  attention to detail.
