Forming a vital part of any site investigation, the Site Walkover allows greater, on-the-ground, first-hand insight of the site.

Upon inspection of any risk areas outlined in the Phase 1 Desk Study, potential solutions and remedial recommendations are provided.

The walkover can identify and confirm the status of the site based on the Phase 1 Desk Study/Initial Site Appraisal. Furthermore, it will provide an additional opportunity to assess recent developments, discover potential site risks or contamination areas that might not be identifiable from desktop data.

The Site Walkover will enable the creation of a site model that highlights risk areas for further study and assessment.
